You would think around 5lbs. would have good travel but between my teen daughter and I, we managed to consume over half with in 3 days. We have been enjoying it sliced 1/4 and pan fried with a small amount of neutral oil till lightly browned then pleased on lightly toasted bread. Very good Flavor!
