Polish potato dumplings. Kopytka are similar to gnocchi. Typically served baked with cheese, fried bacon or onion or boiled and served with with various sauces. Specially good with wild mushroom sauces - try as a base for excellent sauce Grzyby Lesne w Zalewie Slonej - Wild Mushrooms Mixed in Brine or Kurki w zalewie slonej - Chantarelles Sliced in Brine - both available on our website. Around 12 kopytka in a package. Refrigerate 7 days or freeze. No need do defrost before cooking. Fry for 2 minutes or microwave or put them into boiling water to warm up. No artificial ingredients.
