The cake is very delicate hence the name “sandy”. It’s made from potato and wheat flours with butter, sugar, eggs and baking powder. Great with tea or coffee anytime during the day. Made from only natural ingredients by Polish bakery in the Polish neighborhood of Greenpoint in New York. Baked daily and always shipped on the same day it was baked.
