Salceson Wiejski (Polish Country Headcheese), Pasztetowa (Liver Sausage), Kaszanka (Kishka - blood sausage), Flaczki (Tripe Soup), Galaretka Wieprzowa (Pork Jelly), Pasztet (Polish Pate), Smalec Goralski (Mountaineers' Lard with Fried Bacon) belong to the most popular Polish food specialties. They are almost as popular as Polish kielbasa (sausage).
