If you did not know where to buy kishka you came to the right place! Kaszanka or kiszka or Polish kishka is a traditional blood sausage, called krupniok in Silesia. Kishka sausage is made of a mixture of pig's blood and buckwheat kasza stuffed in a pig intestine. Kaszanka (kishka) may be eaten raw, but traditionally it is either grilled or fried with some onions and then served with potato and sauerkraut. Kishka from our online Polish gocery store is the best! Weight and price may slightly differ between individual packages. Priced per 1 lb. Vacuum packed.

I found this kishka to be excellent. I have had several different styles of kishka here and in Poland. I think this kishka very much represents kishka I had in Europe.
